Keep several workstreams moving at once, with a spec in review, agents building and tests running, and switch between them without losing the thread.

Anthony Michaelsonhas built and led engineering teams for two decades: eight engineers deploying communications to more than 150 sites in Afghanistan, ten in Cisco's Automation Center of Excellence, and engineering teams at Amelia. He went from self-taught web developer to co-founder, and later earned a B.S. in Software Engineering while shipping production systems.
